By using DropIT, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them in plain language so they’re easy to understand. Please read them before using the service.

DropIT is a focus and thought-management tool built and operated by DropIT Inc. at dropitandfocus.com. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to DropIT Inc. References to “you” refer to anyone who accesses or uses the DropIT service.
What DropIT Is
DropIT is a web-based tool designed to help people manage intrusive thoughts and improve focus through structured exercises and the DropIT method. It is a self-help and productivity tool. It is not a medical service, a therapy platform, or a substitute for professional mental health care.

Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up
- You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
Acceptable Use
You agree to use DropIT only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems or servers
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from DropIT
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
DropIT offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro:
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have a concern
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, exercises, and materials on DropIT — including the DropIT method, the Mind Gate framework, and all written and visual content — are the property of DropIT Inc. and are protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any DropIT content without our written permission.
Your personal data and the content you generate within your account (thought logs, session data) remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your personal content.
Disclaimer
DropIT is provided as a self-help tool. While the method is grounded in neuroscience and designed with care, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Results vary between individuals.
DropIT is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a mental health condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropIT Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Service Availability
We aim to keep DropIT available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvement. We will notify you of significant changes where possible.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are significant. Continued use of DropIT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DropIT Inc. is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
